File not Received Reasons

The number one reason a file was not received is due to us still processing it. For larger files it can take up to 48 hours for them to be processed and sent. If it has been less than 48 hours since you requested your file please wait until the full 48 hours before escalating to our team. 

If you have still not received your file after 48 hours it is likely an error has occurred. At this time please reach out to our team either via email, form or other reason.
